VariAL TF Through-Fix Rainscreen Cladding System

A versatile flat plate rainscreen system that can be rivet fixed or structurally bonded to vertical mullion adjustable support system. Suitable for a wide range of wall, soffit and infill applications.

Rainscreen CPD

  • A cost-effective, through-fix system with options for colour coded rivet fixings, or adhesive structural bonding.
  • Panels can be orientated vertically or horizontally to suit design & budget requirements
  • Fully fabricated, fully adjustable curved and corner panels available for fast erection times.
  • Variable joint sizes, with a range of joint profile and flashing details to suit individual project requirements
  • Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A1 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with no coating applied or with anodised coating applied.
  • Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A2-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with PPC coating or 4mm Alucobond A2 ACM applied.
  • A2 Rated Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) from Alucobond or Larson
  • A1 Rated Anodised Aluminium
  • A2 Rated Powder Coated Aluminium
  • A1 Rated Precoated Aluminium
  • A1 Rated Corten Steel
  • A1 Rated Stainless Steel

ACM

Effective Width = 1500mm max
Effective Length = 6500mm max
Material thickness 4.0mm

Max dimensions are only available in some colours and may be subject to minimum quantities.

PPC and Anodised Aluminium

Effective Width 1500mm max
Effective Length 4000mm max
Material thickness 2.0 – 3.0mm

One leg of corner panels should be restricted to 450mm for finishing processing restrictions.

Horizontal Joint Width:
Standard = 20mm
Minimum = 20mm

Vertical Joint Width:
Standard = 20mm
Minimum = 20mm

Joint details are available in varying widths to suit requirements and can be matching or contrasting colours. Minimum joint size will be dependent on panel length allowing for expansion/ contraction.

Support System

A range of mullions is available to suit varying wind loads and spanning situations. Wall brackets are available in varying sizes to meet project specific off-sets from the primary structure. The system is fully adjustable for true alignment.

Details include options for support systems, as well as alternative arrangements for cappings, windows and other openings, corners and cill/base conditions. Details can be manipulated to suit various requirements; our drawing office can provide special details on a project related basis to suit almost any cladding design.

All Ash & Lacy Façade products carry a warranty, either for the products supplied directly, or from the supply chain partners.

The Ash & Lacy IntegrAL warranty gives total confidence in the materials and products supplied. All products are covered by the Warranty and the Approved Contractor Network provides surety that everything is correctly installed. All Approved Contractors undergo training by Ash & Lacy in the handling, use and installation of their products.
