As steel shortages begin to take hold again, availability of material is an increasingly important consideration for all involved in construction supply chains.
Our AshGrid systems are even more popular than ever, and when combined with our trapezoidal profiled sheet, acoustic liner and fixings; our clients have a thermally efficient solution with great availability right at their fingertips. Manufactured to the highest standards, all AshGrid components are produced to Ash & Lacy design and performance specifications following stringent quality control procedures. Offering a wide range of bracket height and an assessed firewall solution, AshGrid is available nationwide from strategically positioned manufacturing locations.
The ongoing Hortonwood 40 building in Telford is a great example of the flexibility and effectiveness of twin-skin systems for industrial roofing and walling projects. Designed and installed by Kynaston Contract Services Ltd (with a smile!).
Hortonwood 40 is a high specification 123,835 square foot warehouse being built on a 6.72 acre site. It is due to complete in the Spring of next year and will also feature ancillary office accommodation, plus car parking, landscaping and the creation of new site access. The development could secure the future of up to 250 jobs.
Despite the recent supply chain issues, we currently have great availability on pre-coated steel sheeting, rolled in-house by our team.
