VariAL H Secret-Fix Rainscreen Cladding System
The VariAL H system is a secret-fix, baffle jointed, cassette rainscreen, with fully adjustable vertical mullion support system. Best suited to vertical application on walls, for new build construction and overcladding existing structures.

- Fully secret-fixed system, delivering aesthetically flat, precise panels with no visible fixings.
- Offers ultimate flexibility in aesthetic design techniques, including the application of fins to the panels.
- Independency of panels allows efficient installation around service areas, and individual demounting for maintenance and repair requirements.
- Variable joint sizes, with a range of joint profile details and treatment options to suit individual project requirements.
- No specific installation start point. Panels can be fitted at random, if desired, due to the unique panel carrier, which is fully adjustable and can be locked and unlocked with ease.
- Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A1 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with no coating applied or with anodised coating applied.
- Fire tested by Warringtonfire – Classified A2-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1 3mm Aluminium with PPC coating.

Material thickness = 3mm in aluminium, 2mm in Corten.
Vertical joints between panels = 12mm – 20mm

Support System
A range of mullions is available to suit varying wind loads and spanning situations. Wall brackets are available in varying sizes to meet project specific off-sets from the primary structure. The system is fully adjustable for true alignment.
