Please complete the checklist below as accurately as possible. Fields marked “Required” are mandatory to be completed by the client for calculations. With regards to unknown fields, our engineers will either calculate estimates or use reference values based on standards.
In these cases, this will be made clear, and need to be verified by the client prior to installation. Specific drawings relevant only to the engineering service on this checklist should be sent individually rather than full project files. If not all sufficient information is provided, or full project files are sent, we will get in touch with you.
