As pioneers of built of up roofing and cladding systems, the natural progression was to expand our offering to include a fully warranted high performance, versatile complete system solution – AshGrid™ Duotherm. The new system combines our tried and trusted AshGrid™ support system with high quality exterior roofing or cladding sheeting and all the required fixings and accessories.
Historically, Ash & Lacy have manufactured profiled sheet in various forms for over 25 years. We offer a 32/1000, 19/1000 and Sinusoidal profiles, with optional anti-condensation fleece.
With our innovative manufacturing capabilities combined with our technical support services, we are able to offer a range of materials and material finishes, backed by technical services including u-value calculations, setting out, material take offs and fully assessed firewall constructions – supported by a 25 year system warranty.
A vast range of specification requirements can be achieved using AshGrid™ Duotherm systems, including aesthetics, U-Values, acoustics, fire resistance and vapour control.

Sheet Specifications
- Liner – 32/1000 0.7mm gauge and 19/1000 0.4mm gauge.
- Also Available in 0.7mm 32/1000 with a perforated finish for ventilation or to provide sound absorption characteristics, perforated in house.
- Weather Sheet – 32/1000 both roof and wall profiles, with the option of swages also available.

Wind Load Calculations
To guarantee the structural integrity of AshGrid™ Duotherm roofing and cladding systems, a wind load calculation is required to ensure the correct centres of our AshGrid™ Duotherm brackets are determined to withstand the loads.

The Ash & Lacy IntegrAL warranty gives total confidence in the materials and products supplied, with cov-erage up to 25 years.
