Our all-across and CNC-operated punch presses contain punches to stamp a full sheet width or cluster series of holes, producing your required perforated pattern.
Expanded Mesh
Our dedicated, purpose-built expanded metal machines simultaneously slit and stretch longitudinally.
Laser Cutting
Our in-house 2D flat bed and 3D 5-axis lasers offer bespoke mesh and pattern designs with no tooling cost and quick turnaround, whilst complementing our complex geometry pressing for trimming and detail without distortion.
Metal Pressing & Stamping
Utilising a wide range of press tonnages and bed sizes, we can cater from simple form operations to full car width multistage progression pressing.
Photo Etching
Our in-house metal photochemical etching line can realise intricate designs faster and more efficiently than ever.
Fabrication
Our CNC milling supports a huge scope of capabilities to bring your vision to life. Our MIG, TIG or robotic automated laser welding are there to offer the optimum solution.
