Tool room manufacturing is where it begins, with our perforating, press tools and fixtures manufactured and maintained in-house. This ensures that our tooling is consistently kept to the highest standard for the highest quality of parts, as well as taking full control for quick repair.
Prototype and Production
As the importance for value materials increases within automotive interiors, the demand for metal components over plastic is increasing. Our x2 Hurco 5-axis CNC milling machines, and x2 over 2m bed width 3-axis CNCs, have the capacity to supply full production machined from solid components, followed by post processing options of wet painting or polishing for PVD or anodising. This manufacturing process offers the most premium look over any die cast or injection moulded solution.
