Ash & Lacy Building Systems has been bought by Jonathan Evans.

The acquisition was completed on July 20th 2011. It follows a strategic decision by previous owner Hill and Smith plc to focus on its remaining core businesses.

Jonathan Evans is a chartered engineer and joins the company as Chairman and CEO.

Jonathan has a successful track record in the metal building products industry.
