« Ash & Lacy Building Systems Acquisition Points Way To Bright Future »

Ash & Lacy Building Systems has been bought by Jonathan Evans.

The acquisition was completed on July 20th 2011. It follows a strategic decision by previous owner Hill and Smith plc to focus on its remaining core businesses.

Jonathan Evans is a chartered engineer and joins the company as Chairman and CEO.

Jonathan has a successful track record in the metal building products industry.

Ray Harriman commented: “This change in ownership presents a tremendous opportunity for us. It will enable us to continue to build on our hard-earned reputation and move forward with even more determination to increase our presence in a variety of new and exciting markets.

“Customers will progressively observe and benefit from the extremely positive effects this acquisition will have on the entire business. We look forward to communicating these developments.”
