The name Ash and Lacy been synonymous with product innovation and high standards of engineering for over 140 years.

From very humble beginnings, Ash and Lacy has grown into a company with turnover in excess of £30 million per year.

AshGrid was the first spacer support system for built-up metal roofing and cladding. Since its launch in 1989, AshGrid has maintained its market leading position through a continued programme of research and innovative development together with extensive site and laboratory testing procedures.

In 1989 we also launched AshJack, the UK's first over-roof conversion system. We then introduced a wide range of building components and bespoke accessories, demonstrating our manufacturing and metal fabrication skills. We then added the AshTech rainscreen cladding system to our range, closely followed by our own standing seam roofing system called AshZip.

We now offer an extremely comprehensive range of cladding products and accessories in the renowned AshFab range, supported by a national distribution network with strategically positioned branches in Glasgow, London and our headquarters in West Bromwich.

Our high profile presence in the UK is matched by significant export projects including the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the National Hospital in Accra, Ghana, distribution centres in Moscow, Cyprus and Hungary and also the Dublin Port Tunnel.
