IPS UK Ltd is a well established company in the construction market and has held a major presence in the roofing sector for over 30 years. IPS has grown from a professional contracting background where we have worked for prestigious clients such as British Airways, the Civil Aviation Authority and Esso Petroleum. The promotion of our own label manufactured Sandene System and the Rubberfuse single ply system has lead to the development of our marketing expertise. We have learnt and more importantly experienced the stringent requirements of the roofing market and have built our values around these requirements.

Our company is dedicated to the supply of Environmentally friendly single-ply roofing systems and we are the sole distributors of the Rubberfuse TPO single-ply system manufactured by Imper Italia. Imper are now the second largest manufacture of TPO membranes in Europe and now produce over 5 million sq. m. of Rubberfuse membrane per year.

Everyone within the team at IPS has something to offer. Each person has a specially selected background giving us expertise in all areas of roofing technology. This expertise is exemplified by our working closely with trade organisations such as the NFRC and AWM. We are also a Rubberfuse approved Assessment Centre and we can award Rubberfuse certification in our Discipline. We are strong advocates of supply chain management and we are also founder members of AWM (Auditing Workmanship & Materials Ltd).

All systems rely on a dedicated team of qualified, motivated approved applicators to ensure the high quality systems are installed to the highest standard, so we have a CITB registered training and assessment centre run by AWM.

Envirodec C

Envirodec C is a three layer composite panel comprising a one metre cover 40mm deep steel deck, a continuously injected foam insulation core and on the outer face, a single ply Rubberfuse TPO flat roofing membrane.

The Green Roof Initiative has been achieved to make available a total range of services covering every aspect of green roof development. It does so by bringing together the vast specialist experience of IPS Rubberfuse (providing the vital waterproofing technology that is at the heart of every green roof) and Greenfix Skygardens (providing unrivalled knowledge and understanding of plants, bio-systems and green roof construction).
