Quality Assurance

Ash & Lacy products are produced to the highest quality standards and are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001: 2008. All products undergo rigorous testing procedures both internally at Ash & Lacy's West Bromwich testing facility and externally through external organisations such as CERAM and the BBA (British Board of Agrément) facilities. This ensures they are fit for purpose and provide the end user with an optimum quality solution for every application.

Research & Development
A continuous programme of research and development ensures that Ash& Lacy are always at the forefront to offer technologically advanced solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of the construction industry.

As part of this commitment to Ash & Lacy have made a considerable investment in a state-of-the-art testing facility at the company's West Bromwich headquarters. This not only ensures consistency of product performance but it can also be used as a valuable resource to provide assistance in providing application solutions.

Warranties
Ash & Lacy Building Systems are able to offer a fully range of company warranties for all its products and systems starting from 10 years and up to 25 years, subject to the product and application under consideration.

In addition, Ash & Lacy is a member of the AWM Alliance Warranty Management scheme, which provides independent FSA approved insurance backed warranties covering all Ash & Lacy products. As such we are able to offer Pioneer Guarantees covering not only defective materials, but also covering defective workmanship and defective design for a 10 years period following building completion.
