    • Ray Harriman
    Ray Harriman joined Ash & Lacy in October 2007, after a career with Conder Structures, Hoogovens and Corus. He is a Structural Engineer and has been involved with the cladding industry for over 35 years. Ray is an Associate Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers and is a Fellow of the Institute of Roofing.

  • Andrew Waterhouse - Finance Director

    • Andrew Waterhouse
    Andy is the longest serving director, having served on the board since January 1999. Prior to joining Ash & Lacy, he fulfilled a number of roles within Northern Engineering Industries plc, Rolls Royce Nuclear Engineering Ltd & Firsteel Strip Mill Products Ltd in a number of sectors including water treatment, friction welding, nuclear power & steel processing.

  • Simon Dunn - Director - General Products

    • Simon Dunn
    With over 20 years' experience in the cladding industry, Simon started his career with five years at Pre- Formed Components (Corofil) before joining Associated Metal Products as Production Manager in 1994. He joined Ash & Lacy in 1996 and held managerial roles as Fabrication Sales Manager and Fabrication General Manager, before being appointed to the Board in 2007.

  • Derek Hoey - Director - Operations

    • Derek Hoey
    Derek's roofing and cladding industry career began at Roof-fast in 1989. Following their acquisition by GEM Fasteners in 1991, he rose through the ranks to become a depot manager by the time Ash & Lacy Building Systems purchased GEM in 1995. He was appointed ALBS Commercial Manager in 1997, becoming Operations Manager in 2003. Derek was appointed to the board in 2007.

  • Tom Kelly - Director - Specification Products

    • Tom Kelly
    Tom's cladding background started in 1987 when he joined Ash & Lacy Steel Products as a draughtsman/ product engineer, staying with the company through its subsequent takeovers by Conder and Hoogovens. He spent a couple of years as works manager with Carters prior to being invited back to Ash & Lacy to manage the AshJack™ division in 1999. He subsequently took over the running of both the AshZip™ Standing Seam and AshTech™ Rainscreen Division as General Manager. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2007.
