Ash & Lacy Building Systems have supplied over £34,000 fabrications from their AshFab product range for the new Rossway Dowd HQ in Aldridge, West Midlands. The new 1.5 acre site comprises of two symmetrical units, providing 17,500 sq. ft of production space and 7,000 sq. ft of office accommodation.

Rossway Dowd are specialist suppliers and installers of roofing and cladding systems throughout Europe, covering clients in the commercial, industrial, educational and public sectors. The £2million investment program was intended to provide an efficient, working head quarters for Rossway Dowd, whilst demonstrating the services which Rossway Dowd undertake in conjunction with their key suppliers, Ash & Lacy.

Brendan Dowd, Director, Rossway Dowd commented, 'Our new HQ is a good example of the enhancement of an industrial building, to a far superior aesthetically pleasing façade. We took the architectural concept and converted it to a construction reality in unification with Ash & Lacy.'

Ash & Lacy supplied Bullnoses, Soffits, Fascias and Aquatite PVC Gutters to add critical detail to the curved eaves and verge abutments, which are often overlooked.

Well designed and installed details can have a major impact on the overall performance of a building and can significantly improve the aesthetic properties both on a short and long-term basis, explaining why Ash & Lacy's specialist Ashfab range was selected.

The AshFab range of bespoke fabrications offers an extensive range of products from architectural features and bullnoses to louvers, flashings and rainwater management systems, to complement the main building design.
