Ash & Lacy Provide Bespoke Solutions At Staffordshire Technology Park


To create the required visual effect at Wolseley House on the Staffordshire Technology Park, Ash & Lacy supplied a complete package of Ashfab perimeter detailing and rainwater goods. Installed by Traditional Structures for developers Pritchard Holdings plc, the 0.7 mm steel architectural fabrications with a HPS200 finish included standard flashings, curved flashings, rainwater pipes, louvres and feature bullnose flashings. Galvanised steel, insulated gutters to meet Building Regulation requirements completed the package. The company also supplied their Ashgrid spacer support system, which was used in conjunction with the built-up twin skin roofing system. Established on a 44-acre Greenfield site adjacent to Staffordshire University the Technology Park caters primarily for businesses involved in mid/high technology and research.
